This online tribute is dedicated to Wade Belak who was a Canadian professional ice hockey forward and defenceman.
Wade Belak was born in St. Paul's Hospital in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, to Lorraine Belak and Lionel Aadland.
On July 20, 2002, Wade married Jennifer Jordan Russell in Banff, Alberta. The couple had two daughters, Andie Marie and Alex Grace, both born in Toronto.
Wade tragically passed away on August 31, 2011 at only 35 years old. This is an online memorial created to remember and celebrate his life. May he rest in peace.
