I did not know him but heard the tragic news. Words cannot heal the loss to his young family and friends. We will never know or understand why he was chosen to be taken so soon but God knows why he did. His spirit will forever be with all those who he has touched in his short life. I am heartbroken for his family and cannot begin to imagine their anguish. I hope it helps just a little to know that Bobby was so well thought of even by those of us who "barely" knew him. His kindness, positive spirit and enthusiasm for soccer, no doubt touched thousands of kids in the North Texas Soccer community. He made each one of them feel special. His tenacity and work ethic on the field were inspiring. He made a difference in this world to so many.
