About Nicholas
Corporal Nicholas Webster-Smith, aged 24 years, was one of five soldiers killed by a rogue Afghan policeman in Helmand Province on 3rd November, 2009. Corporal Webster-Smith was a specialist police trainer with the Royal Military Police and was killed with his colleague Acting Corporal Steven Boote, also with the Royal Military Police. His other colleagues who were killed were all members of the Grenadier Guards. In addition to those killed a total of six soldiers were wounded in the incident.
