Although we operate a 'no spam' policy. Friends At Rest reserves the right to contact members under certain infrequent circumstances such as any major change to the site (or problem with the site) that would impact directly on the tributes that we currently look after.
We will NEVER sell or pass on email addresses to any third party (unless to not do so would be in breach of the law - for example a request by law enforcement officials where a warrant for the information is issued).
Jurisdiction and applicable law
The Scottish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our Site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these terms and conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country. These terms and conditions are governed by Scottish law.
